Everyone a pleasure to deal with.  Peter was a great help prior to signing any contracts.

Had a great experience.  Thanks goes to the whole team.  Everyone I meet is shocked at how quickly the build was completed.  In the current building environment I wouldn’t have trusted anyone besides Jason Janssen to build my home and he didn’t disappoint.  Thank you Jason.

Activa Homes small enough to care, but big enough to get the job done.

The brickwork was outstanding, especially the two course face red brick, and the cabinetry finish came up really well. Communication was strong throughout the build, with regular updates from the admin team and direct contact from Jason, the CEO, via emails and phone calls.

As expected with any new home, there were a few defects after handover. However, everything we listed was addressed without any pushback and rectified to a high standard. That’s what really sets a builder apart standing by their work even after final payment.

There are plenty of builders who disappear once the cheque clears, but that wasn’t the case here.

Would I build with Activa Homes again? Yes based on the quality, communication, and their commitment to properly fixing defects.

All the team members of Activa Group were excellent & caring.  Overall experience was great.  No issues. Highly recommend Activa Homes to future clients.

Pete Chiera has been great to work with.  He’s a good communicator and has assisted with issues as they have arisen.  We’ve built a few times and this has been a good experience and would recommend Activa.

It has been a pleasure to build with Activa and we had a wonderful experience.  I look forward to building with Activa again and would recommend them to my friends and families.
